YO! you may not know this young cat right here, But sadly, this kid named "HOE" passed away yesterday as far as i know. I think he's from Makati, I've been seeing his tags along kalayaan almost everyday going to school. Haven't met this boy yet but surely made a mark on my everyday routine because of his tags. May you rest in peace and Condolences to his Family.
